You Can Now Read Your Kindle Books On Your PC!

You Can Now Read Your Kindle Books On Your PC!

If you have a PC, you have a Kindle…or better yet,  if you have a Kindle you can read its content on your PC!

What this means is that if you do not want to fork over that $259 for an Amazon Kindle and still enjoy Kindle content, you can. All you have to do is download the software from the Amazon website, order your Kindle content…including NY bestsellers for $9.99,  and you are set.

But what if you want to read on the go? Well, you will still have to get the Kindle device or some other ebook reading device.

One good thing about this is you can sync both devices: PC and Kindle, whereby wherever you stopped in your reading on one, you can pick it up from there on the other.

So for those people who are not so mobile, the Kindle on PC concept works perfectly…but for those on the go, the Kindle device works perfectly.

Either way, Amazon seem to be exploring ways to tap into the ebook reader market and make it convenient for all.

…which brings me to another point.

Remember how everyone was talking about the availability of textbook on the Kindle? I think this is perfect for that idea.

Imagine being able to buy cheaper text books on your Kindle, then sync with your computer for better reading.

Is that cool or what?

A textbook reader will no longer be restricted by graphic and such the like since the PC has the capability of displaying all that stuff effectively. So, you will end up with the perfect display of your electronic textbook on your PC.

I wonder if this was what the developers at Amazon had in mind as they worked on this technology? Who knows!

Anyway, I think it is a cool way of appealing to all the masses. With all the competition popping up now-a-days, Amazon has the keep the entrepreneurial machine churning and continue to take leadership on all fronts in the ebook reader war.

Now we will just have to wait and see if this catches on…and how many competitors will follow suit.
